ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Please allow up to 2 weeks (14 days) for your order to be processed, shipped, and delivered.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, new drops, restocks, or periods of high order volume.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your information carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

MAFIA 5 is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the shipping carrier marks them as Delivered.

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or other customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping fees may apply to have the order resent.

PRE-ORDERS

If an item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated shipping timeframe will be provided on the product page. Pre-order items may require additional processing time before shipment.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise stated.
